To provide excellent care and community integration to individuals with Developmental disabilities and mental health needs based on love and compassion.

Sunshine Care and Support Services focuses on community integration, offering decent housing, nutritional meals, person-centered care, leisure assistance, and family support. We strive to promote independence, interpersonal skills, job skills, and employment opportunities, ensuring 24/7 support and access to community programs.

  • Provide decent housing and nutritional meals based on Canada food guide

  • Committed to provide care and support that is person centred consistent with client’s dreams /goals and objectives

  • Assist clients to access/participate in leisure activities

  • Strive to work with the client ‘s families and guardians

  • Provide personal care as per client needs

  • Encourage independence and personal responsibility of the clients; consistent with their abilities to enable them to determine how their home is run, their welfare and as well as general matters of daily living.

  • Foster interpersonal skills by providing opportunities for socializing and integration into the community

  • Facilitated job skills and employment opportunities consistent with client abilities 

  • Aid as needed in the administration of medication

  • Support and assist individuals to acquire/ sustain life skills on personal hygiene, food preparation and money management skills.
